I am an American citizen who lives in Venezuela. I work as an interpreter for a living. I bought this little device to get the quality of life, I can work in the garden or on the beach or the street. So I thought I would use the 60-day trial of Microsoft Office 2007 and then purchase the product, if I liked it, otherwise I would not buy Office Professional. I tried required a license key to activate the product and would not let me because I live in Venezuela. My mind boggles. I'm really angry, and that is why I gave it two stars.
I was very happy when I got Acer Aspire One, and noted that it is a nice computer. However, you can not use until I have my Office 2007 software from Amazon. I feel cheated Acer or Microsoft, or both.
So, if you live outside the United States, "no guarantee".
