RUBBISH MACHINE : SAMSUNG N120-12GW 10.1-INCH WHITE NETBOOK - 6 CELL BATTERY (Mini laptops comparison)

This machine was absent from the Amazon and the XP disk backup software Samsung is halfway to a DVD with an external disk. Half an hour with the support webchat Samsung and now they are mailing me a backup disk of XP.
Now I have a machine that does not work - is terribly slow, even after updating 1.2 gigs of RAM, crashes Open Office is a program running some ghost that can not be detained in custody, has difficulty waking up and assorted annoying problems are added to the box from the worst computing experience I had after buying a Dell over a decade ago.
Are now calculate whether it is worth this thing back to Amazon, or simply erase the hard drive and install an operating system that really works.
I bought the Asus and MSI, simply because I know that the Samsung brand. I need to travel lighter and wanted the full-size keyboard. The keyboard is quite a mess of keys less eccentric ideals and system of battery charges only up to 80% then it will take more time. You can cost 100%, but there is nothing but the vague ensure that the battery will not last long - what is it?
The virus seems to always want to download updates. Plus the Samsung software update fails - what on earth is a user has to do with a "NO SCRIPT!" when installing an update? And why do not you can install the updates at once? Basically the Samsung software to take this, which is repair Samsung etc. stuff is terrible. I want to avoid in favor of other machines that now I know better.
