I took this netbook in part because it was advertised as having a backlit LED screen and was hailed as a "green" laptop. However, after I bought it, I realized that it was not. I returned to find stated the following. "The lamp contains mercury. Dispose according to local regulations, and federal regulations." As we all know, the LEDs do not contain mercury, CCFL do. So there you have … written on the back of Netbook - this notebook is CCFL backlight, while advertised as backlit LED. Moreover, said the manual handling of the bone are exposed to lead, a chemical known the state of California to cause cancer, birth defects or reproductive .. nice …. I tried to ask Toshiba "support" on this and they were useless they could not pronounce led. Needless to say I returned as soon as possible.

The netbook has an excellent battery life and does exactly what the manufacturer for more details. If you play or you need a powerful computer is expected to replace the top line netbook or notebook. If you want to e-mail, word processing, and tables, which do not destroy a bank account or your hands as you stand in line at airport security to return to netbooks.

This little man is a powerful and easy to use. My experience is only with the desktop and the transition went smoothly. I am satisfied with the quality of graphics and ease of use. Exceeded all my expectations. An excellent buy. But I'm 67 and my eyes need a big screen. My next purchase is a full size notebook, one of the largest screens I can. However, I'm glad I bought the first Netbook. I find myself no longer reach and much more.

First, I love this netbook. It is built, looks great and has a better keyboard, whatever I saw .. Battery life is okay.
And now the problem. Touchpad is too sensitive. You must be very careful how you finger on it to avoid clicking on premature. This is definitely a design flaw are countless references to this problem online. Too bad, because it would rate this machine as 5 otherwise. Toshiba notebooks are 5 years, which is built like a tank and still works well, so I bought this netbook and less expensive than other primates. Toshiba will hopefully solve this problem.

This is nice and lite notebook. Love it. Only draw back is with a DVD player or CD player. Other than that which is perfect. E 'was delivered in record time, and it was great.

Acer Aspire One A150-1447 8.9-Inch Netbook (1.6 GHz Intel Atom N270, 1GB of RAM, 160 GB Hard Drive, XP Home, 6 Cell Battery) Sapphire machine BlueWonderfully portable, easy to use, with battery life. We use our software with the GPS to navigate unfamiliar streets with our camper. After four months of use, we would never return to a full size laptop. Weaknesses, but …. glossy screen is really hard to see due to reflections, WiFi antenna must be small as this machine does not see a WiFi signal almost like our full size old Averatec laptop.

I bought it when the price was within my reach. Was one month, still wonder netbooks
and how practice is when they work well, which is Samsung.
The finger pad is easy to use, at least for me, but I use a mini-mouse as preferred however …
only the pain that I feel for the mouse to perform in a small side pocket (not a big problem).
I went to two gigs of RAM immediately … only for work above, probably
is not necessary, but fun to use this little thing as a standard computer.
Rosa is tasty, even for the kids …
Battery life is wonderful, not Glarey screen is bright, the keyboard of a good size (a plus)
fun to read my lap (download Gutenberg texts), does what I need, a pleasure to wear,
were added when I want a good sound, connected to the external DVD for kicking … Keepin 'it simple

Lightweight, nice looking, great battery life, impressive for travel. If the only problem I have with it is the mouse pad is a base not far away - as the arrow is not correct, at times, as it becomes flat. I tried to adjust the speed or low speed that I wanted to be, but this is not the problem. This is simply not true. I read in the comments of others. I could go on for more information on how to better address this minor problem. In general, I really like this netbook and I highly recommend it!

I love the Samsung NC10 netbook. They traveled with her and inserted into a projector and adapted great. I have also been used in several locations with WiFi and love the flexibility to take with me. E 'smaller than my daily planner and has almost replaced!
